This new development is located at Narogong Raya, in the city of Bekasi. Vida Bekasi is created with the vision to be a sustainable neighborhood in the midst of crowded area surrounding the site. The masterplan is designed upon the concept of Tropical Urbanism. It is an integration of contemporary design with site specific planning.

Tropical Urbanism is an approach that responds well to our tropical climate. Compact planning and large open spaces juxtaposed with mixed-use clusters, reducing air pressure, allowing fresh and cool air flows constantly into buildings and public spaces.

Strategic placement of natural and man-made landscape, offer not only scenic view of the place, but help to maintain the synergy between people and its natural surroundings. The inclusion of man-made lakes are not only for an aesthetic reason, but also function as a natural reservoir.
