“A CELEBRATION FOR BETTER LIVING”
Vidafest is a yearly festival held and organised by Vida Bekasi. Every year Vidafest explores different elements that is associated with the earth. In Vidafest 2017 “water” is selected as this year’s theme. This events engaged various creative communities in Bekasi and together they collaborate to form a series of workshops, housing exhibition, Vidatalk, food tenants, music performances, and many more activities for participants. The festivals also have includes skate board competition, graffiti paints, fun run organised by local bekasi government and even mini GP race for young children.
Vidatalk is a platform for Bekasi people to learn and share their knowledge in various topics. This year’s Vidafest discusses the impact of vertical housing impact on the community. The panels includes several prominent architects and planner like SHAU, URBAN+, and supported by various government agencies.
